The Europa World of Learning online

NEWSFLASH   2009 full update now live

In addition to the regular updating of our entries, a comprehensive renewal of listings has been undertaken for entries in the Middle East. Chapters covering Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Syria and Yemen all have specially updated and expanded chapters and there is a new chapter on the Palestinian Autonomous Areas. As part of the updating process the accreditation of institutions listed has been checked and verified.

Subscribers may download introductory essays. The five essays featured in the latest print edition of The Europa World of Learning are available alongside all 13 essays from the previous three editions of the book.

The print edition of this internationally respected title was first published over 60 years ago and has become widely acclaimed as the premier source of information on the academic sphere world-wide.

The online version of The Europa World of Learning builds on this success by providing a full range of sophisticated search and browse functions, and regular updates of content. The result is a site that offers an unprecedented level of access to global institutions of higher education and learning, and to the people who work within them.
